Our code of ethics

As practitioners of project management, we are committed to doing what is right and honorable. We set high standards for ourselves and we aspire to meet these standards in all aspects of our lives: at work, at home, and in service to our profession.
We have decided to comply the PMI® (Project Management Institute) code of ethics and professional conduct which describes the expectations that we have of ourselves and our fellow practitioners in the global project management community. It articulates the ideals to which we aspire as well as the behaviors that are mandatory in our professional and volunteer roles.

The 7 key criteria

Optimize and customize the welcome of participants

by also paying close attention to a possible situation of handicap and integrate it into the quality process. This possibility is addressed from the first positioning test before the start of training.

Inform and prepare upfront each participant

through a phone conversation with the client and a free evaluation test of each participant.

Thoroughly inform about the training organization

by systematically publishing the details regarding training site access, security, and accommodation.

Deliver high quality standard training content

and verify all along with targeted evaluation tests and questionnaires.

Optimize the skill development journey

by performing follow-up actions with participants and the training sponsor.

Continuously improve our training offer and our own skills

by updating our training materials and pedagogic methods regularly, by analyzing the results of evaluation surveys with a commitment to put in place systematically corrective action whenever needed and by attending ourselves training and seminars.
Regarding the situations of handicap, HEXAPROJET® has established relationship with Ressource Handicap Formation and other local partners.

Get certified by a third party

to secure participants/clients in their training provider selection process. Hexaprojet® is registered in "Datadock" and certified. It complies with the requirements from French "Décret du 6 juin 2019" regarding adult training provider quality standard (Qualiopi). Yann GAZOUNAUD is PMP®, PMP® instructor and SAFe® 5 Agilist certified. Christine GAZOUNAUD is certified for adult training (FFP); "Emotional Intelligence" (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360) and "Accompagnement de la progression professionnelle des collaborateurs".

What to do in case of an issue ?

First of all, discuss the issue with the trainer who will make sure a solution is proposed and in any case, will report the issue in the company issue log for optimal processing.
